Applications
Nonionic Softener FT-624 is suitable for the softening process on natural fibers including cotton, hemp and its blends.
Preparation
Dilution ratio: Recommend diluting by the ratio of 1:20 and also can be adjusted according to
actual needs.
Dilution method: According to the proportion, add two-thirds of cold water first, then add the
softener flake slowly into cold water and stir until soak. After 5 - 10 min, mixing
while heating to about 70 °C, keep the temperature and stir about 45 min, and then add the remaining one third cold water, stir until it below 40 °C, filter for use.

Notes
Operating and Safety Instructions
1. Easy to agglomerate under damp or compression.
2. Recommend preparing other chemicals first when making the working liquid.
3. Strongly recommend using soft water. If soft water is not available, preliminary test of the system is needed.
4. Check Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
