    Benefits

    ● Chelating and dispersing properties in one. Complexes with heavy metal ions to disperse, reduce or cancel hydrogen peroxide decomposition and catalysis, effectively controls hydrogen peroxide decomposition rate.

    ● Effectively controls hydrogen peroxide decomposition, decreases the risk of breaking holes and strength loss after peroxide bleaching.

    ● Non-silicone stabilizer, silicone scale free.
     

    ● Can effectively improve utilization rate of hydrogen peroxide, improves whiteness of fabric after peroxide bleaching.

    ● Good compatibility with alkali, peroxide, scouring agent and other anionic and nonionic agents.

    Cannot be used together with cationic, zwitterionic agents.

    Applications


    Stabilizer FT- 221C.
    is easily soluble in water, suitable for auto-weighing, auto-feeding system. It can be used by adding 1:3 - 1:5 ratio water, or reduce usage and directly add water, then stir to be homogeneous to use.

    Notice: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary trials.


    Notes

    Operating and safety instructions

    1. Weigh and dilute separately when preparing the solution.
    2. This product needs to be diluted before use. After dilution, it should not be stored for long time.
    3. Strongly recommend using soft water. If soft water is not available, preliminary test of the system is needed.
    4. Check Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
