-Bio-enzyme for polishing treatment.

-FT-1161 is an acidic multi-component polishing enzyme. Can effectively remove the short fibers and fluff on cotton, flax, rayon and their blends, thus improving the surface smoothness and anti-pilling properties.

Application:

FT-1161 is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. Suitable for over flow machine, sand washing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments. Charging method: After peroxide elimination process, add acid to adjust PH to 4.5-5.5, then heat to 45-55 ℃ , add FT-1161 evenly to polish. Pay attention that fabric and equipments have to be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the performance of FT-1161.

1 .The polishing effect can be improved greatly if the mechanical friction and agitation can be increased.

2. Water should be heated to certain temperature and pH should be adjusted to certain value before adding FT-1161.

3. Recommend using soon after opening the drum, it should be stored under hemetic condition without exposure to sunlight, the spoon should be fixed to avoid the pollution which can make the enzyme deactivation.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 50kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature(25℃)and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Please store in a cool condition, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperature condition, otherwise it will lead to inactivation of the product and affect its performance.
