- FT-253 is a compound of several high molecular polymer. It has excellent soaping of unfixed dyes and anti-backing staining properties, suitable for the soaping of fabric dyed by reactive, vat, direct and azo dyes.

FT-253 is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing, continuous washing machine, sand dyeing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments.

1.Batch process:

FT-253: 0.5-2 g/L
Bath ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 60-98 ℃
Time: 10-20 min

2.Continuous process:

FT-253: 1-3 g/L
Temperature: 80-98 ℃
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Operating and safety instructions:

1.It has good stability in water, but when the hardness is greater than 300 ppm, recommend testing the dilution stability before making the solution.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 50 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the date. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold condition.
