- FT-212 is an anionic surfactant with excellent dyes solubilizing, dispersing and penetrating properties, it is suitable for reactive dyes of cotton, cotton blends and yarn to achieve leveling effect, especially for reactive turquoise blue and brilliant blue.

By increasing the solubility of dyes and the resistance of salt and alkali, the fabric can achieve good leveling effect, thus preventing the color defects such as color stain, color point, color lump and color tone occurring.
◆ Excellent resistance of salt and alkali, dispersing and migrating properties, can match with various dyestuffs.
◆ With pH buffering, it can prevent the pH increasing quickly, so as to reach the leveling property.
◆ It can shield the heavy metal ion to keep a bright color.
◆ Special notes: It can be mixed with other nonionic and anionic agents, but when mixed with the water softener, chelating agent, the compatibility should be tested. This product has compound with chelating system, no need to add extra chelating dispersant.

Application:

FT-212 is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing, continuous washing machine, sand washing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments.

1. The exhaustion dyeing of cotton, skein and cheese:

Dosage: 0.5-2 g/L
pH: 10-11
Bath ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 60 ℃
Time: 30-60 min

2.Padding dyeing:

Dosage: 5-20 g/L

Operating and safety instructions:

1.It has good stability in water, but when the hardness is greater than 300 ppm, recommend testing the dilution stability before making the solution.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 120 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold condition.
