    - Bio-enzyme used to remove residual H2O2 on fabric.
    - FT-168 is a bio-enzyme based on hydrogen peroxide reaction, it has excellent catalytic property of hydrogen peroxide .Can effectively remove residual H2O2 in the bleaching pretreatment process for cotton, flax and their blends, thus preventing the dyeing problems such as color spot, color change occuring due to residual H2O2.

    FT-168 is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing and other continuous dyeing and printing process.

    - Fixing agent for textile.
    - FT-262 is a kind of high molecular polymer with special functional group. It is mainly used for the fixing treatment of cellulosic fibers, can evidently improve the color fastness of all colored reactive dyes dyed and printed fabric, especially for blue dyestuff.

    - FT-212 is an anionic surfactant with excellent dyes solubilizing, dispersing and penetrating properties, it is suitable for reactive dyes of cotton, cotton blends and yarn to achieve leveling effect, especially for reactive turquoise blue and brilliant blue.

    - Optical Brightening Agent FT-428 is an optical brightening agent with violet-blue shade, mainly used for whitening of cotton, T/C, also suitable for alkali-hydrogen peroxide and whitening in one bath.

    Optical Brightening Agent FT-428 is a powdery product.     1. Emulsion preparation:

    Dilution ratio: recommend diluting by the ratio of 1:10 and also can be adjusted according to actual needs.
    Dilution method: according to the proportion, add two-thirds of the cold water first, then add the softener flake slowly into cold water and stir until soak. After 5-10 min, mixing while heating to about 70 ℃, stop heating, keep the temperature and stir about 45 min, and then add the remaining one third cold water, stir until it below 40 ℃, filter for use. 

    2. Padding process:

    Dosage: 20-50 g/L( the prepared dilution)

    -FT-122K(CONC.) is a special surfactant compound and suitable for high temperature and high pressure of polyester fiber and its blends dyeing process. Especially suitable for polyester micro-fiber and high density fabric dyeing.     Nonionic Softener FT-624 is suitable for the softening process on natural fibers including cotton, hemp and its blends.

    Preparation

    Dilution ratio: Recommend diluting by the ratio of 1:20 and also can be adjusted according to

    actual needs.

    Dilution method: According to the proportion, add two-thirds of cold water first, then add the

    softener flake slowly into cold water and stir until soak. After 5 - 10 min, mixing

    while heating to about 70 °C, keep the temperature and stir about 45 min, and then add the remaining one third cold water, stir until it below 40 °C, filter for use.

    Application:

    FT-1161 is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. Suitable for over flow machine, sand washing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments. Charging method: After peroxide elimination process, add acid to adjust PH to 4.5-5.5, then heat to 45-55 ℃ , add FT-1161 evenly to polish.
