- FT-262 is a kind of high molecular polymer with special functional group. It is mainly used for the fixing treatment of cellulosic fibers, can evidently improve the color fastness of all colored reactive dyes dyed and printed fabric, especially for blue dyestuff.

Application:
FT-262 is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly. It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing, setting machine, sand washing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments.
1.Exhaustion process:
Dosage: 1-4 %(o.w.f)
pH: 5-7
Temperature: 40-60 ℃
Time: 20-30 min
2.Padding process:
Dosage: 5-30 g/L
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating and safety instructions:
1.It has good stability in water, but when the hardness is greater than 300 ppm, recommend testing the dilution stability before making the solution.
2.Avoid it mixing with original silicone oil when preparing the solution, if need to be used with some finishing chemicals, recommended to be pre-diluted.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold condition.
