-FT-610C is a bio-enzyme based on hydrogen peroxide reaction, it has excellent catalytic property of hydrogen peroxide. Can effectively remove residual H2O2 in the bleaching pretreatment process for cotton, flax and their blends, thus preventing the dyeing problems such as color spot, color change occuring due to residual H2O2.

● Can be used in wide scope of pH, has excellent peroxide elimination effect in the pH ranged from 6 to 9, which is useful to save water. If used in pretreatment with low alkali, it can be added directly without acid after releasing.
● Can be used one bath with dyes.
● Shorten time, the peroxide bleaching of bio-purification process can be finished within 10-20min. Compared with the traditional process, it can reduce the washing times to improve the washing efficiency.

Application:
FT-610C is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. It is suitable for the overflow dyeing, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing and other continuous dyeing and printing process.

Operating and safety instructions:
1. Recommend using soon after opening the drum, it should be stored under hemetic condition without exposure to sunlight, the spoon should be fixed to avoid the pollution which can make the enzyme deactivation.
2. The pH of the working liquid should be adjusted before adding the enzyme.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 25kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. Please store in a cool condition, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperature condition, otherwise it will lead to inactivation of the product and affect its performance.
